Suffering from weight loss, fatigue, constipation. Blood test done. Can i ask a doctor online?

My mom is suffering from weight loss, sensitivity to increasing number of foods, fatigue and constipation (which is chronic and has gotten worse as she grew older). Last week he skin turned yellowish (jaundice), and had complete blood test done. Her bilirubin was extremely high, GGT extremely high, blood sugar slightly elevated, everything else was average / normal. Other than the symptoms described, she does not feel any pain in any area. she is continuing tests. What are the possible causes of her symptoms? She is 76 years old.
