ican understand your trouble..
i think after brain fever their is some kind of retinal damage .
pls so her at some higher centers, but there no much hope in allopathy.
start her haluwa prepared out of 5 badam/5kalimirch/sugar and wheat flour in early morning hour and 2-2 drops of cows ghee in each nostrill will help you in 5-6 months.
