Suffering From Vertigo, ear Infection & Hearing Impairment

When I was in the military I had attacks of vertigo and ear infections for several years. I also have a hearing impairment as result of being exposed to hazardous noise levels. Since being out of the military I have experienced episodes of vertigo, but none like the one I had this past January. I had to go to the emergency room. They did a cat scan and MRI and said I had pan sinusitus. Since then I have little episodes of vertigo, tinnitus, dizziness and my vision gets blurry and my ears ache and I have a fullness feeling in my ears. Should I schedule an appointment with an ENT or continue to go to my family doctor.
