Suffering From Vertigo, Enlarged Right Pupil Of Eye, Dizziness, Nausea. Failed Balance Test. Treatment?

I have been having vertigo for a week now and today i noticed my right pupil in larger than my left. Epley manouvers made me more dizzy. Failed the balance test. Slighty nauseated with the vertigo. Strenght tests are normal reflexes are normal. Concentration is off and i feel a bit more clumsy than normal. Email is YYYY@YYYY

for vertigo u have not consulted with any neurologist yet?as it has to be diagnosed first ,and the cause has to find out.it may be due to cervical bone or it may be due to some vascular problems or in simple term blood circulation reduced to neck or brain.one of the cause is ear problem or in medical term vestibular problem.so consult your nearest physician or neurologist.
