i am male 47 yrs, suffering from ulcerative collitis since last 20 yrs, now i got itching in rectum and moderate pain,what medicine do you recommend for me?

Hi,
Thanks for writing in.
It seems that you are having a flare up of ulcerative colitis. This is treated with steroids and immunosuppressants. These are prescription drugs and cannot be given in this forum as we would be unable to examine you.
Please see your gastroenterologist for an evaluation and appropriate treatment.
