I want to know what are the chances for a person to live if he is suffering from tuberculosis and massive pleural effusion

Hi.. Pleural effusion need to be taped through a minor procedure.. If his lung functions are not compromised severely and if there are no other co-morbid conditions, regular treatment with the full course of tubercular drugs can treat the condition very well... There are more than 80% chances that the person can be treated in that case..
