Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history it seems that you might be having chronic Sinusitis giving rise to pain above eye brows.
Due to chronic upper respiratory tract infection, there might be some infection in the ears as well leading to dizziness and vertigo.
Go for PNS ( para nasal sinuses )
After report go for treatment accordingly.
Do vicks vapor inhalation.
Avoid cold drinks, junk food.
Ok and bye.

Hi, thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
The pain in throat , around the ears, recurrent pain, relief from antibiotics are suggestive of,
Sinusitis,
Allergic rhinitis
Asthmatic allergic bronchitis ( precursor of asthma)
Some dizziness and drowsiness are common features of all above mentioned conditions.
You are responding to antibiotics means a low grade infection due to allergy.
Confusion as you mentioned in your query is due to all above conditions.
So please avoid these conditions and don't use antibiotics as this will produces resistance.
Still there is no improvement than consult a physician and have a proper treatment.
Thanks Dr. HET

Dear customer,

As per your symptoms, the chances of mastoiditis or middle ear infection might be there which may cause such chronic pain behind the ears. You should immediately consult the ENT doctor and have the ct scan of the middle ear, x-ray of the skull , blood counts done to know the underlying extent of disease.

If not treated then it may lead to spread of infection into the brain. In some cases the surgery may be required to control the infection.

here i am giving you the link for more detailed information
