Suffering From Sore Throat And Cough. Have Tiny Red Dots Or Rash Type On Feet, Wrist And Feet. Viral Infection?

Three of four in my family have had the flu. We are all now suffering from sore throat and deep fluidy cough which seems to be how it's ending. My oldest daughter got it first and that's how hers ended. But now she has tiny flesh colored dots and red pin dot type rash on her feet, wrists and one index finger...., is this a viral reaction?
