Suffering From Smelly Gas Everyday. Does This Happen Due To Idly And Toast ?

I have IBS since 3 years i also lost too much weight due to diet now i eat only idly and toasts daily but i m suffering from lot of smelly gas everyday does this happen due to idli and toasts please help me my age is 42 and i m a female
