hello madam and welcome to HCM,

Your next step in the treatment of the sinus problem is to first confirm the diagnosis of sinusitis and also to assess the severity of the problem.

First you need to undergo a diagnostic nasal endoscopy to assess the state of sinuses and also to assess the previously done surgery

Then you need to take the CT scan of the nose and paranasal sinuses which is a must as X-rays are now no longer indicated for the assessment of the sinuses

depending on the findings of the above two the further plan can be formulated. If you do get the reports then kindly share them with me so that i can offer you better guidance
