Suffering From Severe Hip Pain. Bone Marrow Edema And Posterior Disc Dehydration Found In MRI. What Is The Remedy?

i have 34 years old. i am a martial arts master having 28 years of experience.due to the severe hip pain and inflammation i took the MRI. in that test they find out i have bone marrow edema at left sacro illiac joint and also posterior disc dehydration and bulge at L4-L5 level. and also they are saying it is due to infection,and no gross at certain points. what i want to do? give me best advice. haematology tests are normal.. can i do the physical exercises ? now i have been using lumbar sacro belt and acceclofenac tab for 10 days......i am waiting here for advice..
