Suffering From Severe Headache

3 week long headache, then gone for a week, came back a couple days ago, but worse this time. Unbearable pain all through my head, mostly forehead, my forehead is extremely warm, but I do not have a fever. It has been like this since Monday morning constantly pulsing.

I have gone through your complaints and feel that you have a migraine. Also, since you have said that it is pulsing, it is more likely since migraines tend to be throbbing due to the dilatation of the blood vessels.

You need to avoid the trigger factors of the migraine. In your case it can be anything under the sun including the sun. Find out what causes it an avoid it.

Also, you can try the following to help reduce the occurrence of the migraine. Do these even when you do not have a migraine for the best effect:
Inhale steam mixed with Eucalyptus oil to clear the nasal passages
Drink lots of water
Sleep well and get at least 8 hours of sleep a day
Take a Paracetamol 500 when you feel you are about to get a headache
Eat meals at regular times

Follow up after 7 days.
