Hi Dear,
Welcome to the board of Health care Magic,
Psoriasis is chronic recurring disease. Peculiarity of this disease is that it PERSISTS.
Instead of annoying and worrying about this disease. Take continuous treatment as advised by your dermatologist. And be Happy. forget the worry enjoy life with some control of the disease.
Chances of transmitting this disease to your child are little .
Hope your query is answered
Thankx

Hi ,
thank you for the query. As mentioned by the other doctor psoriasis is a chronic skin condition, which shows waxing and waning course. the good side to the condition is you can always keep it control. there are few aggravating factors which you should be aware of. these are stress, winters, dryness, few medications like antimalarials etc.
regarding your second query, this is a multifactorial disorder, and definitely genetics has a little role. however, you shouldn't be bothered about it a bit.
hope this cleared your dilemma.
thank you
