Suffering From Post Nasal Drip, Chronic Condition, Loss Of Voice. Treatment For Symptoms?

I have asked only ONE follow-up question. I have been very grateful for the two answers. My 2nd follow-up question: For about two years I have had a problem with post-nasal drip . It is bad enough sometimes almost to prevent my speaking yet my voice itself is in tact. I d much appreciate any advice, please.

HI I have gone through your mail and as said you are having post nasal drip for last two years, now you have throat infection leading to difficulty in speaking. After listening your problem I would like to tell you that post nasal drip is a symptom of sinusitis, so you are advice to go for these basic investigations like- (1) C.T.scan of paranasal sinuses, (2) culture and sensitivity of nasal discharge & throat swab, (3) Blood - C.B.C., E.S.R.,blood sugar - F & P.P.,After that you are advice to contact an E.N.T.specialist for your clinical examination of nose to rule out pathological findings as polyp,gross D.N.S.,and review of C.T.scan of sinuses to rule out sinusitis, blocked osteomeatal complex,and by culture of nasal discharge to identify the infective agent and most suitable antibiotic for your treatment.Thanks.
