Dear friend, welcome and thanks for entrusting your query here at HCM!
I am Dr. Prasad Akole (Critical Care Expert- http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole) and am glad to address to your query here.

You have to continue the anti-hypertensive telsartan-H and pantop till and on the day of surgery with sips of water.
The other immune-suppressive drugs-wysolone and cellcept will be omitted and converted to IV steroid around the surgery.
The pyridostigmine will probably be omitted just pre-operatively.
Please consult your surgeon and proposed anaesthesiologist about their protocol, as protocols slightly vary with each team.
The anaesthesiologist will explain you how to go about the change in drug schedule for thymectomy.

I hope to have answered your query satisfactorily. I would be glad to answer any further queries. Please ask for any clarifications before closing and rating this answer.
Take care and please keep me informed of your progress at http://bit.ly/Dr-Prasad-Akole
Good Luck! Thank you!!
