Suffering From Numb, Tingling Toes, Had Gastric Bypass Surgery, Both Knees Scoped, Anemic, B 12 Deficient. Reason?

I have been suffering from numb/ tingling toes for quite a few months now. It happens every day and nothing I do helps it. I had gastric bypass surgery and both knees scoped almost 7 years ago but this just started this year. I am annemic and B 12 deficient. Is there any reason that you can think of why this keeps occuring? My feet also sweat and are cold at the same time. I wore slippers even in the summer because they freeze so bad. They sweat so bad that they peel. Is there any sort of an idea you can think of why this is happening or how to fix it?? Please help!!

gastric bypass surgery lead to non absorption of vit-B12 which can cause peripheral neuropathy so you should go for IM inj. of vit-B12 .your symptoms may be due to autonomic neuropathy, anaemia, hypothyroidism, hypoglycaemia, hypovolemic status or even congestive heart failure, so I would like to suggest you to consult a physician to rule out the causes as well as to manage it properly.
