Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It may be secondary to the cervical spondylosis. I advise you to consult an orthopedic surgeon for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections for 10 consecutive days, ofloxacin, diclophenac sodium, and paracetamol.
Avoid taking potato, other tubers, tomato, egg, chicken, and sea foods till you get pain relief.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and
protein rich foods to hasten the recovery.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
