Suffering from nausea and pressure in the uterus after surgical abortion. No bleeding. Is this normal?

I had a surgical abortion 3 weeks ago. FirstI tried the medical abortion twice and it dididn t work. Therefore I went an had a surgical abortion. I was only 6 weeks pregnant. Now I am suffering from nausea and I feel a lot of pressure from the inside coming from my uterus . Like it feels like it is going to fall out of me. But I have no bleeding . Please inform me of what is going on...

Thanks for the query, possibilities are it could be nothing, or incomplete abortion or continuation of pregnancy. So please consult the same doctor, for confirmation better to get an ULTRASOUND PELVIS.
