Hi there ~

Sometimes undergoing surgery completely relieves the condition as there is usually a small passage created by what is known as a deviated nasal septum (DNS) that causes you to have excessive sneezing, headaches, runny nose, mucus drainage, stuffiness, swelling etc. However if you have gotten all kinds of imaging studies done including CT scan of the sinuses and your primary problem is allergies, I would suggest that you are probably on the right treatment for the condition. Please consult with your allergist to confirm or take a second opinion.

I hope this helps. Take care and have a nice day !
