Hi Raj,
Thanks for writing your query.

It will be helpful if you give some more details about :-
1. Your age.
2. Your job profile - whether heavy weight lifting or working on computers is present in your job?
3. Any history of head or neck injury?

After reading your post , it seems that you are having symptoms due to cervical spondylosis.
You should get a MRI of head and neck done along with an X-Ray of neck(AP and Lateral view).

You can take pain killer like Ibuprofen twice a day after meals along with a muscle relaxant like chloraxazone and an antacid like omeprazole 20 mg.

Application of pain relieving gel and hot fomentation will help in relieving your symptoms.
You can also wear soft cervical collar for support.

If you are working on computers, dont sit with neck bending forwards and avoid sitting for long durations.

If the problem persists, get yourself examined clinically by an Orthopedician.
I hope this is helpful to you.
Thanks.
