These symptoms are not related to lung and kidney cancer. In lung cancer chest pain, shortness of breath , blood mixed sputum , anorexia, weight loss are common feature and in kidney cancer lump abdomen, bleeding at urination are common. Your urine examination may be necessary. Consult a physician.
