Hello and welcome to HCM,

I read your query and understood your concern about your mother. I understand that your mother is experiencing symptons like morgellons disease.

Mogellon, like you may already know, is also called delusional parasitosis, and in this patient complains of crawling bugs, even when there are no bugs. It is a delusional entity, where the patient feel and see things which are not actually present.
It is more of a psychiatrist's area than a dermatologist's.
Consult a psychiatrist and take an opinion, and get the standard prescribed drugs for delusional parasitosis like pimozide.

If your mother refuses to go see a psychiatrist, get her some supplement tablets and tell her that it is the drug she needs to get well. Delusional parasitosis patients have been reported to respond very well to placebo treatment.
