Hi,thanks for query.Pain in abdomen more in lower part, coming at regular intervals along with some discomfort and watering or leaking from vagina, points towards labor pain.Back in later of stage of pregnancy is common as uterus has got bulky and its supports are stretched.Left side position is preferred at this time.Still in case of too much trouble you can speak to your doctor and take an analgesic.Watch for baby movement inside.bye.

Hi I have been on birth control constantly for about 7 months now. I had a UTI almost a week ago and that has cleared up. My period is due in about 10 days and I am having pretty bad back aches. I had a BM today (first time in about 3 days) but I feel constipated. My stomach feels slightly hard all over. I also took a home pregnancy test last night and it was a very clear negative. Could i have an ectopic pregnancy? What could be the cause of my lower back pain?

Hello I have a constant pain in my lower left back. It feels like I was hit with a line drive from a baseball. The area of the pain is the size of my fist. I d feel the pain during walking, sitting, lying down it never goes away and has been hurting for 3 weeks with no improvement. There is no bruise I have had no trauma or impact to that area. It hurts worse if you put pressure on the area. I have no other symptoms?
