Thanks for posting your query.
You are most likely suffering from acute viral gastroenteritis with malabsorption.
Presence of undigested food along with watery diarrhea suggests the diagnosis.
You should consult with internal medicine specialist/ gastroenterologist and should go for thorough check up.
You should go for endoscopy along with duodenal biopsy and colonoscopy to rule out any mucosal pathology.
You should take complete antibiotic therapy, probiotics, rifaximin.
Avoid milk and all milk products.
Take care,

Emergency Medicine Specialist Dr. R.A. Singh's  Response
Hi Amit,
Thanks for writing your query.

Pus cells in stool indicate that there is some bacterial infection in your gastrointestinal tract.
You should get a culture and sestivity of your stool done to know the causative organism and the appropiate antibiotic for the infection.

You can add antiamoebic like Metronidiazole 400 mg thrice a day and some lactobacilus preparation for 5-7 days along with the antibiotic and antacid Omeprazole 20 mg.

Also take precautions in your eating habbits. Have home made foods prepared under hygeinic conditions. Also drink pure filtered water. Follow the habbit of washing your hands before and after meals.

I hope this is helpful to you.
