hello shovan,
from your complain it appears to be gastritis.
but it can be something else also like constipation, kidney stone, or some
uncommon conditions diverticulitis, gallbaldder pathology..so you have to clear your doubts by consulting a surgeon. for now you should take light food, avoid spicy food. take good amount of water.if pain is spasmodic type then you can take some antispasmodics. but consult the surgeon once .take care

I suffer from acidity very often. I have done a USG of total abdomen and everything is fine, however, my endoscopy dated March 2006 detected esophagitis and GE lax. The doc has told me that It s incurable and I have it from birth. However, I do not have much reflux problem. I just have acidity problems where I get burning sensation in my esophagus.

I am female age 45...in perimenopause-recently had a period after two and half months. Daily experience of feeling bloated and look like I m pregnant(I am not), bowel changes include urgent need to move bowels several times during the day yet urgency doesn t match quantity-stools are soft to loose, often feel indigestion, bloat, occasional heartburn. My diet is relatively healthy, exercise 1-3 X s wk. Can t seem to beat the bloated, gassy feelings I experience daily. Have had gastritis in the past but didn t last this long, but I m not ruling it out either. Concerned symptoms may be a gastritis, food allergy/sensitivity, or perhaps a diverticulosis. Suzane
