Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. In my opinion you need to check your hemoglobin levels as you got enough surgeries for blood loss and may be due to anemia you are having irregular periods. If there is anemia once you start taking iron tablets you will get normal periods if that is the cause. But you need to have ultrasonography also to rule out the causes which can cause irregular periods. Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
