Reeshape is a medication that helps obese patients loose some weight and together with exercise and dietary changes, can contribute in a significant weight loss. Of course like any other drug, reeshape comes with its own side effects. Most common gastro-intestinal side effects seen for short period are oily and loose stools, oily spotting which can be minimized by restricting dietary fat of total daily calories. Another medication that is well indicated for your condition is metformin which can at a go regulate your menstruation and make you loose some weight. You did no make mention of how your hypothyroidism is managed. That too could be responsible for your absent period. You might require supplement of thyroid hormones.
Hope this helps
