Suffering From Hepes, Blisters On Waist Line, Upset Stomach, Difficulty In Sleeping. Suggestions?

For the last 2 weeks iam suffering from HEPES,having blisters on the right side of my waist line.It seems that the peak time is over and there is now less burning sensation.I addn iam having upset stomach back pain.I am applying paste of dry mango powder which gives relief.When i get up at night to ease myself i get sever pain inall the three zones and i cant sleep
I am 75 and normally have good health,doing YOGA and Panayama.Any suggestions for relief?

use anti nflamatory ad analgesic to keep conrol
local application long use can remove the disease
use lot f warm water and hyderotherapy for recovery
