Suffering from headaches with vomiting & nose bleeding

My wife has been suffering from strong headaches, followed by vomiting on most occations & even had nose bleeding on a few. This usually happens when she has trouble sleeping. Going out into the sun or heat or if she is under stress, also triggers her headaches. The aches usually needs to be sleept off before she feels any better. She also feels cold. Been to the doctors a few time, but no successful diagnosic, they suggested her to take sleeping pills to help her rest.

General & Family Physician Dr. Fatima Farhana's  Response
Your wife is suffering from migraine.
Nosebleeds can sometimes accompany a migraine headache; why this happens isn’t known. But they usually go away on their own and aren’t anything to worry about, unless the nosebleed lasts for more than a few minutes, seems to result in a lot of blood loss, or occurs with nearly every migraine.
