Suffering From Headaches, Swelling Marks, White Shades Detected In Right Eye. Suggestions?

my wife has head ache since 2-3 days, visited a Eye doctor, they tested on field test (it turned negative) also taken snaps of eye and could see some swelling marks (white shades in right eye). they had asked to have Tablet M Nil 10 mg as the same was not available alternate taken was vasograin, but this has increased the head ache, what shd we do...

Headache with short duration, acute onset may occur due to a number of reasons, proper headache workup is needed to ascertain the cause-
- High blood pressure is one f possibility, so get her BP checked.
- Anaemia may present with headache, due to less iron in blood less oxygenation occurs which may present with headache, Hemoglobin to be checked.
- Refractive errors in eye may present with headache, but her eye examination is NAD, so no need to be done.
- Due to Chronic sinusitis headache may be seen as presenting feature, which is a throbbing headache.
- if every thing comes normal and headache is pulsating, associated with blurred vision, dizziness, nausea then migraine is a possibility, proper treatment is needed in this case.
- non specific tension headache is also a possibility as due to stress or some tension, headache may be seen is apparently normal individual.
