Homeopath 's  Response
welcome to health care magic forum,
sinusitis is becoming a very common problem now days, taking modern medicines will give you only some temporary relief but than after a period of time it will not help you any more and have lot of side effects too, it is better you should start taking Homeopathic treatment which is safe reliable and has no side effects, it also increases your immunity level to a greater degree so that it also reduces the chances of re occurrence.

some tips for you...

Drink plenty of water. This helps with the drainage of mucus
Avoid drinking large quantities of alcohol as this causes the nasal and sinus membrane to swell
Minimize close contact with people who have colds
Wash your hands frequently with soap and water
Try not to smoke
Steam your sinuses, this help stimulate drainage of the sinuses (Lean over a bowl of hot water for a few minutes)
Try some honey and lemon dissolved in hot water or herbal and fruit tea as an alternative to normal tea
Avoid drinks that contain caffeine (coffee, tea and cola) as these are diuretics, which could cause further dehydration
Eat healthy food, such as fruits and vegetables
Don't drink iced drinks as they aggravate your sinus problems
