Hello and welcome to HCM.

Your complaints are of a mixed type. Let us start with your nipple discharge. You have not mentioned your age or your marital status. Have you delivered previously? Or do you wear a tight brassiere? Have you been exercising vigorously lately? Depending on your answers, we can decide on whether your nipple discharge is normal or not?
Individuals also experience a burning sensation in the arm pits after vigorous exercise or during a weight loss program.

As for your sore throat, this could possibly be an infection. A sore throat needs to be examined by a doctor to decide on whether this requires medical attention and what type of medication.

From the information you have given, it looks like you are experiencing bad health, wither due to a diet or some other underlying problem. If you are not intentionally losing weight or dieting, and are experiencing weight loss of some kind. Please visit a doctor at the earliest. A poor diet can also cause hair loss.

Please write back to me for any further clarifications. I would be glad to help you.
Best wishes.
