Suffering From Flu, Drinking Lot Of Fluids, Honey, Panadol, Unable To Cough Out Flem. Medication?

Hi there
my Husband has this rotten flu that is doing the rounds.
Iam just after advice on what is the best over the counter cough mixture that I can get from my chemist
He has been drinking lots of fluids lots of hot lemon and honey, panodol.
I think he needs an expectorant - has flem hes trying to cough up - not coloured just a very chesty cough

Hi, he had an infection of the chest, or it may be eosinophelia, or allergic cough.
I advise you to consult a chest physician for diagnosis and treatment. Ypu may need to have chest xray, and other blood tests for confirmation. Thank you.
