1. ANA [anti nuclear antibody], apart from lupus is also positive in SLE, mixed connective tissue disease, scleroderma, rheumatoid arthritis, chronic autoimmune hepatitis, Sjogren's syndrome, necrotic vasculitis, interstitial pulmonary fibrosis, so Ask your Rheumatologist to kindly check it for the same instead of simply going for lupus and also general Examination regarding the same.

2. nuvigil [armodafinil] affect liver/blood cells, so talk with your doctor regarding baseline investigations and symptoms of adverse drug reaction.

3. lyrica [pregabalin] is used to treat seizures and fimromyalgia,Adverse Drug Reaction of pregabalin is weight gain [one cause in you]

4. In Ayurveda it can be described as 'Mansa Dhatugat and Mansavrita Vata'. FIBROMYALGIA is described as a Vata imbalance which destabilizes the nervous system and leading to pain and tenderness. Accumulation of Ama and shrotorodha are also important factors.
*Measures like snehan and swedan are very useful to balance Vata and to loosen the ama. Consult with an Ayurveda Expert for treatment options.

.Avoid:hot,spicy and fried foods,sweets,brinjal,cabbage,cauliflower,spinach, and potatoes,tea,coffee, alcohol,white sugar, yogurt,chocolate,worry,anxiety, fear,stress and grief,sleep inversion.
. Practice Bhujangasana,Halasana,Shalabhasana,Shavasana,Uttarapadasana
