Suffering From Fibromyalgia, Arthritis. Taking Cymbalta, Seraquil, Not Helping

I have fibromyalgia and my arthritis in my hands has increased to an unbearable amount of pain to the point of keeping me awake at night. I started taking Cymbalta in the morning, which helps with day pain, but I don t know what to do with the night pain. I wear hand/wrist guards or gloves , which used to help, but not any more. I take 300 mg of Seraquil and at least one to two 1.0 mg tabs of klonopin at night for Bipolar/insomnia, but, I have been waking up too many times to count and/or not even able to get back to sleep, within the last few months. I haven t been to my rheumatologist in over a year, mainly because I live in a small town and have to drive to see him. Do you have any anwers for me?

Orthopaedic Surgeon 's  Response
Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
The persistent pain and spasms that you are having can be helped by an oral muscle relaxant and a hot fomentation. Taking a hot shower and application of local analgesic gel will also help.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
