Suffering from fever, rash, low IGM and raised WBC

Ive had a fever for the last 7 days and all over body rash had some bloods taken my WBC are 13 and my IgM is 0.31 is this anything to worry about? Im a 24 year old with hypothyroidism and pernicious anaemia . My doctor is testing me for measles does this all fit in?

it is bacterial infection
wbc is high and need to take antibiotic medicine
hypothyroidism affect rash and pernicious anemia affect fever
better to consult doctor
ya ,it may look like measles .
do take rest and avoid going outside .
