Suffering From Fever. Platelet Count Low. Malaria Test Negative. Reason, Treatment?
My brother is suffering from fever from 8 days ,still not cured . Initially he had burning eyes , head ache and fever . Everyday least once or twice he will get fever for 5 to 10 min .30 min is maximum. Dense and malaria test is negative . Platelet count in blood shows 0000. Please help ... he is admitted to hospital even doctors here not able to figure out .

You should do blood test for dengue NS1.
Monitor the platelet level every 2 days.
Take plenty of water and paracetamol for fever.
No other medication is required.
