Suffering From Extreme Tiredness. Feeling Muscle Pain And Clumsy. What Is The Problem?

Hi, I have suffered from extreme tiredness for some years. I have more bad days than good and wish I could shake it off. I tend to think perhaps i ve picked up a bug but it never comes to anything. My muscles ache and kind of feel like there s something in my system all the time like a hazy dragging feeling. I m am often unreasonably clumsy and feel heady.

hi
thanks for writing to HCM,

description that you provided is tiredness of the whole body and not any particular part.
this can be due to numerous causes and deficiencies.
It can be related to low hemoglobin levels, thyroid problems, low vitamins, iron , diabetes, lack of sleep etc.
So i would suggest you to see your general physician and undergo some tests under his/her supervision and if any cause comes out , take the treatment accordingly.
finding out the exact cause is extremely important.

i hope this helps
wish you good health
