Suffering From Enlarged Aorta Now Its Been Told That Only Half Heart Is Working. What Does This Mean ?

my sister just had surgery to repair with mesh an enlarged aorta ...she wasin ICU for a couple days than moved to her own room...she is now back in ICU being told only half her heart is working...what does that mean? do we need to worry?

i guess she underwent a surgery for aneuryism..check out her echo reports..ejection fraction above 60% is great..it will take some time for her to improve..i think her EF is low..wait for a couple of days to asses her prognosis
