Hi, psoriasis is autoimmune skin disease with genetic base. It is a chronic recalcitrant disease. It is a controlable disease. As your dermatologist diagnosed , coal tar containing shampoo daily, neotraxate tab, 15 mg weekly, steroid with salicyclic acid lotion daily at night will improve the disease. Avoid worries, stress.. Take proper sleep. Be positive. .. You will be benefited. Psoriasis is relapsing disease. Gradually the severity and disease period will be reduced. And the healthy period between the attack will be increased. ... Ok inbetween you may stop the treatment during healthy period....
