Suffering From Dandruff Problem, Flakes Comes On Face, Hairs. What To Do? Is Their Anything Serious?
I m suffering from dandruff problem from last few months. I been through lot of remedies but no effect and now im using salisia kt shampoo but still same problem. I have dandruff in whole scalp but there is particular area just starts from forehead where dandruff is badly stic and even after washing when just scratch or comb my hair from front lot of dandruff flakes comes on my face and hairs badly. Plz suggest me what to do ? Is their anything serious and even number of hairs in that particular area is decreased im means its falling

Dandruff as such is not a serious problem. It is reposonse of the skin to a fungus in t bid to remove it off from the scalp( in the form of scales or flakes ).There may be associated itcning and hair fall which comes down when dandruff is controlled.
You may apply noskurf lotion alternate night for eight hour and wash scalp with tar based shampoo next day
It may take two to three months , then you may maintain with weekly ciclopirox shampoo
Avoid scratching because it may lead to secandory bacterial infection
At times psoriasis of the scalp presents like this , so you may get it examined by a dermatologist to confirm the condition
