Suffering From Constipation. Using Isabgol. Not Available In Market. Alternate Medication?

hii, i am tushar agarwal from india. i am facing constipation problem earlier i use to have isabgol regularly but suddenly i have stopped as that particular brand is no more available in market, after that i have tried EVICT many times but i am not satisfied. please suggest me nice remedy which can make me feel fresh & light. due to thing i feel lazy & my weight is 107 kgs. please suggest. regards

You are overweight what is your hight eat lot of fibre and drink lot of water 6 to 8 glass , eat fruits and green vegetables walk regularly reduce your weight and may use lactifibre or creamadiet powder with water .
