Suffering From Cold, Started With Throat Pain, Nasal Blockage, Mild Fever. Taken Sumo And No Fever. Suggest?

I am suffering from cold for last 2 days.....it all started from throat pain and then nasal blockage but for first 2 days whenever i used to put thermometer the temperature used to be maximum 98 only....third day morning i saw temperature and it was 100.87....then i consumed 1 Sumo tablet n cheched temperature after few hrs it ws 98.7........but i have no relief in nasal blockage yet ...plz help

take sinarest tabs 3 times daily
steam inhalation 2-3 times daily
saline nasal drops locally in the nostril
use antibiotic if temp does not come down
