Suffering From Cold, Kidney Stones. Checked Blood Pressure, Extremely High Reading. Cause Of Worry?

I only have high blood pressure when I go to the Dr. I check it a couple times a month and it is usually in the 130 s. I have been sick with a cold and had kidney stones for approximately 10 days..I visited the Dr. today and my blood pressure was 180/? th e first time and 168/? taken a few minutes later. Should I be concerned
