Suffering From Clogged Ears. Is There A Breathing Exercise For This?

I am a public speaker, teaching classes and giving lectures (about 80 per year). In the last couple of months I have started to suffer from clogged ears when speaking longer than 30 minutes. This morning I started speaking at 11am and by 11:20 I was completely clogged - hearing my own voice like I was in a tunnel - and my ears have just now unclogged. It s 3pm! Is there a breathing exercise that you might recommend? Is there anything that might alleviate this condition? It is really confounding to me. I can be reached at YYYY@YYYY

Hello,

You can try things like steam inhalation, blowing nose with mouth and nose closed and oral antihistaminics. Ideally you should see a ENT doctor for this as there can be underlying ear or nose issues causing this.

Regards.
