Suffering From Chronic Urticaria. Taking Antibiotics, Steroids, Continuous Pricking Sensation. Treatment?

My name is XXXXXX . I am suffering from urticaria disease for last 5 years . I have taken so many medicines and steriods . no relief found. I cant even walk or talk . It pinch in my body like needle. first it used to pinch only in sun; but now it pinch me regularly . I am taking 25 atarrax medice 4 times a day but no relief. please advice me and help me .I will be greate full to you.

Hi sarabjeet ! Need allergy test to find the exact cause and avoid it, take multi vitamine too, apply calamine lotion. Take less stress. For further help consult with immunologist.
