Suffering From Chest Pain, Shoulder Pain. Was Under Stress, Taking Iron Tablets. Treatment?

doc I have chest pain and shoulder pain and it was before periods now yesterday I got periods now today the pain was ok but now started again tell me how can I get relief from it and my blood is 10.58 and I am taking iron tablets also and before this week I was in stress almost whole week now I am getting this chest pain tell me how to get relieve from it

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Since,how many days you are taking iron tablets and which side is paining .
As you mentioned in your query that hemoglobin level is 10.58 gm % , so this is approximately normal.
If you are feeling pain due to iron tablets and discontinue it.
If you are feeling pain just before menstruation then this is due to hormones , need not to worry.
If pain is on the left side and radiating to shoulder joint then it is cause of concern . In that situation consult a physician and get his opinion as this type of pain may be due to heart ailment.
