Suffering from breathing problem. Breathe out of my mouth while speaking. Feeling embarrassed. Looking for treatment

Hi, When I speak, my breathe comes out of my mouth with such force, and it isn t always pleasant. It s embarrassing and insulting to others. I have been called dragon lady at work and it s hard to find other employment because of this situation. Am I breathing wrong..............Please help me! Deeply irritated and embarrassed to socialize.

While sympathising with you for your problem, I would urge you to see an ENT surgeon to find the possibility of nasal problems like severe DNS. Do you snore at night? Do you mouth breathe at night?

Thanks for using the HCM. I am happy to address your questions,i need to know weather you have other problems like bad smell on opening mouth etc...better to consult a ENT physician. if its only forcefull voice you can go for voice training, or yoga classes to reduce your anxiety, Hope I have answered your query. either indigestion with berps which smell due to indigested food. other
causes are sinusitis periodontitis. I advise you to consult a physician
for diagnosis. and treatment. i hope my reply satisfied you. thank you.
