Suffering From Breathing Problem. Breathe Out Of My Mouth While Speaking. Feeling Embarrassed. Looking For Treatment
Hi, When I speak, my breathe comes out of my mouth with such force, and it isn t always pleasant. It s embarrassing and insulting to others. I have been called dragon lady at work and it s hard to find other employment because of this situation. Am I breathing wrong..............Please help me! Deeply irritated and embarrassed to socialize.

While sympathising with you for your problem, I would urge you to see an ENT surgeon to find the possibility of nasal problems like severe DNS. Do you snore at night? Do you mouth breathe at night?

I am happy to address your questions,i need to know weather you have other problems like bad smell on opening mouth etc...better to consult a ENT physician. if its only forcefull voice you can go for voice training, or yoga classes to reduce your anxiety, Hope I have answered your query.
