Hello I have taken note of your problems

Your problems might be due to two conditions
One is lupus as ANA is positive, but its only screening test you should confirm by getting anti ds DNA test..

Other one is autoimmune hepatitis in view of your hypothyroidism history, AMA is negative will not completely rule out the above condition. ..

I would suggest that you should hav a consultation with hepatologist and also get it done serum uric acid levels and CRP (c reactive protein) and Rheumatoid factor levels ...

Any queries please let me know, wish you speedy recovery. .

I find this answer helpful
