Suffering from bloating. On gluten and lactose free diet. Solution?

Hi I ve suffered from bloating for two months non-stop. I m only fifteen and I ve incorporated more fruits and vegetables into my diet as well as a lactose and gluten-free diet . I exercise frequently and make sure to drink lots of water. I ve always eaten healthy and rarely had takeout. I ve always taken probiotics, omegas, Vitamin D , and multivitamins daily. For the past three weeks I ve taken digestive enzymes but nothing seems to work.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Excessive bloating from last two months , age just 15 years , healthy diet and plenty of medicines.
Still no relief.
You know , what is the problems as I have seen so many patients of this type symptoms.
Reason only one .
Overeating on the name of healthy diet .
Control your diet and don't run after healthy diet , rather eat a balanced diet.
Alternatively you can use Rebamipide 100 mg 2-2-2
Good luck.
